KRD: KRD refrigerator dryers offer reliable and economical performance with capacities ranging from 230 to 4250 CFM. Key features include corrosion-resistant aluminum or stainless steel heat exchangers, environmentally-friendly refrigerants and an easy-access design that makes routine maintenance fast and straightforward. Count on our KRD refrigerated air compressor dryer to provide 100% condensate removal with minimal pressure drop and a constant low dewpoint.

KRD-HIT: The KRD-HIT compressor dryer features an integrated air-to-air exchanger. When matched with a smaller air compressor, they can accommodate inlet temperatures up to 176°F (80°C) and inlet pressures up to 218 PSIG. KRD-HIT dryers offer fully automatic operation and can produce outlet dew points ranging from 36 to 50°F (2 to 10°C).

KRD-SSD: The SSD model designation denotes any KRD or KRD-HIT air compressor dryer with a stainless steel heat exchanger and wetted parts. This model is the ideal air dryer for air compressor systems used in sensitive environments encountered in food, pharmaceutical and electronics manufacturing and other industries. All SSD dryers feature a high-efficiency plate design that eliminates outlet condensation and precools inlet air, reducing the load on the evaporator for improved performance.

KRD-580: The KRD-580 series of products includes the same feature set as our standard KRD dryers, but offers pressure ratings up to 653 PSIG. As a result, it is ideal for PET blow-molding, air-assisted laser cutting, component testing and other applications in manufacturing, aerospace, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and other industries. Additional features include a minimal weld design to reduce the risk of leaks, and a demister separator for removal of condensed liquids with up to 99%+ efficiency.

KDH: The KDH series is our line of heatless desiccant dryers ranging in capacity from 10 to 12,000 CFM. A heatless desiccant air compressor dryer system provides clean, moisture-free compressed air, ideal for applications in which water vapor can lead to rust, contamination or reliability issues. KDH dryers meet ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 1 or 2 dewpoint standards, and feature a stainless steel flow diffuser and optional energy management system for improved efficiency.

K-HOC: K-HOC dryers employ heat-of-compression technology — an alternative to heatless and blower purge systems that is up to 30% more economical to run in the first year of operation. K-HOC dyers offer between 1,412 and 14,125 SCFM capacity ratings and have minimal maintenance requirements thanks to their heater- and blower-free design.
